Upholstery Cleaning

All Clean of Wisconsin uses the Von Schrader Dry Foam Extraction Upholstery Cleaning System

All Clean of Wisconsin uses what's known as the best upholstery cleaning system in the industry, called the Von Schrader Dry Foam Extraction Upholstery Cleaning System. It uses 3 methods of cleaning upholstery in one machine: agitation, emulsification and extraction.

How Von Schrader Dry Foam System Works

Agitation Soil is loosened and lifted using a scrubbing component with counter rotating brushes. This action penetrates deeply into fabrics to loosen the soil without damaging the fabrics. Emulsification The dry foam comes in to break down and suspend the soil which prepares it for removal. Extraction The Upholstery extractor then removes the dirt-laden foam and deposits it into a recovery tank.

Dry foam applied to fabric with single brush rotary scrubbing component

Heated chlorinated or non-chlorinated solvent applied to fabric and extracted with hand tool

Hot/cold water and detergent solution injected into fabric. Solution and soil extracted with built-in vacuum in hand tool

Manual agitation and detergent application

Fabric safe, short drying time, effective single brush rotary scrubbing action

Immediate extraction, dries quickly, can be used on many sensitive fabrics

Provides immediate extraction for soil removal

Overwetting, prolonged drying time, no mechanical agitation, separate extraction equipment needed, fatiguing, unprofessional

Separate extraction unit increases equipment cost and lowers efficiency; Operation can be very fatiguing

Not very effective, detergent action needed for difficult dirt, hazardous, no mechanical agitation, can degrade latex backing

Prolonged drying times, potential damage to fabrics,no mechanical agitation can cause operator fatigue and reduce productivity
